For anyone interested in rescuing a four-year-old or any of the other abducties from the Organization, I am currently on my way to City Hall, and I am going to do whatever necessary to find either Nina Tucker or evidence as to where she is. I said this on a public post earlier and I think that's the reason my other ward and my arm were just stolen. I'm pretty sure this was supposed to slow me down, which means that I am on the right track. If anyone wants to help turn City Hall up-side-down, we'd welcome the help.

Dear Paixaoans,

Yeah missed me, hu? I thought you might. I'm a pretty lovable character, you know. Not to fear, I ain't got any plans on going anywhere any time soon. I know my adoring public needs me and as long as they do I will continue to-- What? No, Pumbaa, not now. I'm in the middle of somethin'... No, I didn't. He did it himself... Hey, that's not my fault. If he... Look, we're not having this conversation right now. I'm busy.

Eh... You'll have to excuse my associate. He has a terrible habit of INTERRUPTING ME WHEN I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING IMPORTANT.

Ahem! Anywho... It's come to my attention that a lot of you have been makin' contact with certain members of the known threat that is Organization XIII. Allow me to remind you that these people are extremely dangerous, and should by no means be trusted n' any way. We're talkin' 'bout the same guys who kidnapped many citizens just like you n' me and conducted all those nasty experiments on 'em; tortured 'em!

Recent attempts by The Organization at kidnapping have also been noted. This forces me to also remind you all ta be on the look out for suspicious activity and travel in numbers. It's safer that way. Organization members have taken on a change of wardrobe now that their black coats are so recognizable so they may not be as easy to spot unless you're familiar with 'em. If there are any artists out there willin' to sketch 'em out to help others familiarize themselves with them, that'd be real helpful.

Organization XIII itself consists of thirteen members, each goin' by a particular number (example: Larxene is also known number XII). All members are also known ta have at least one 'X' in their names. Though, when they approach you they'll probably introduce themselves by a different name. Their greatest known interest is collecting hearts, although their experiments involvin' two elements called 'Light' n' 'Darkness' have shown others.

Some of the creatures seen running around the city, at one time attacking it, are known as 'Heartless' and 'Nobodies'. These creatures supposedly created when a heart is lost to darkness. They are controlled by The Organization and are considered just as dangerous as members themselves.

Keepin' this n' all new details in mind, be careful. We don't need any more casualties than we already have. New information involving anything you think could be important will always be accepted at any time. Exchanges in information are also negotiable.

Any further questions, comments, et cetera, et cetera I'll, eh, take 'em up the best I can.

Explanation for the confused!

I know I must not be the only one around here who's bored~ I'll tell you all a little story, and maybe you'll forget about your boredom for just a little while. ♥

Once upon a time, long ago and far away, there lived a witch. This little witch fell in love, as many humans do. However, this witch fell in love with a demon--a king, in fact. This witch believed that everyone had love, even demons. So the demon king and the witch were married, and they loved each other very much. For a time, they were happy.

And then they had a son. ♥

Now, the witch wanted her son to grow up to be loving and good, so she always scolded him when he acted badly. And one day he got very sick. So sick that he was going to die! The boy's parents were worried, and nobody could find a cure for him. The witch knew how, though, and even though the demon king tried to stop her, the witch loved her son so much she was willing to go through with it anyway: sacrificing her life for his.

So the witch died, and the boy was saved by her love.

But then demon boy decided that love was why his mother had died, and so he stopped believing in love.

Poor Laharl, so convinced his mother died because of love that he rejected it entirely. It makes what she did entirely pointless, doesn't it? ♥

Greetings.   As this seems to be the place for it, I would like to know if anyone has seen my fellow generals--I suppose you could call them my siblings.  Should either one be found or have been seen, I would appreciate it if I were informed.

Leviathan  wears blue armor and has blue eyes.  I have not seen many reploids in this place, so I will assume that she, as well as Fefnir will stand out in a crowd.

Fefnir... will likely be more easy to spot.  He wears red armor, has red eyes, and is... rather vocal.

Also, should you encounter a malfunctioning or openly hostile robot, I would like to be informed as well.  I am under orders to eradicate any such Irregular, and I see no reason to deny protection to others simply because I am not in Neo Arcadia.

Hello, fellow peeps and cronies! Your moderator has returned. -well, not to say I ever left. Trust me, I ain't goin' anywhere. I just haven't posted anything in awhile. It's been a little difficult. You know how some parties can get a little out a hand. Or should I say festivals? I knew it was a bad idea... Here's my thanks to 'The Mayor' for that catastrophe.

In other news, many visitors and citizens have recently fallen ill. As reported earlier by 'The Mayor', it seems to affect everyone in different ways. It's suspected that the source of this illness was caused by contamination in the water supply. Who's responsible for contaminating it is still unknown, though I personally have a pretty good idea who is to blame...

There is currently no known way to reverse the effects of this unknown illness, but I would suggest a visit to one of the cities clinics or hospitals anyway. There may be something they can do for you.

At the moment, there are five known visitors to be suffering from this illness. Another case has recently appeared, forcing me to hope to raise more awareness to avoid more from catching it. Anyone known to suffering from unusual symptoms, any unusual symptoms, is asked to report to the clinic before contacting me. As much information as I'd like to collect as soon as possible, your health should come first.

Also as mentioned, as a precaution, water that hasn't been bottled, boiled, or purified should be avoided.

And, as usual, to end I'm giving the usual warning to avoid members of the organization (commonly known for their matching black coats). They are extremely dangerous. For your own safety, do not associate with them. New information on them will always be accepted at any time.

Remember: Be on the look out for suspicious activity and don't travel alone. There's safety in numbers and all that.

Hmph, there's been a hell of a lot of new idiots people around (and a hell of a lot have left... geez... Go figure I'm still stuck here...) I figure I might as well repeat this. This is all there is really to know about this place:

1. This damn hell of a place is called Paixao. It's in some other world, on an island, probably in another dimension. Maybe even an alternate one. Who the hell knows.

2. Is there anything else here other than this island? Don't know either. If you want to swim for, who knows how far, knock yourself out, there could be. I'd still like to see this thin out some of the idiots around here... bet it'll never happen though.

3. No, you can't leave. I can't even get my Dimensional Gatekeeper to get me away from here, which has never happened before.

4. This place is full of idiotic, blonde residents. They're more damn useless than even normal humans generally are.

5. People can come from not just other worlds but different times. Some even back from the dead or something weird. It's all damn annoying.

6. All the plant life is outside, everything inside is fake. It's damn weird.

7. There's... this Organization in charge. They... You should avoid them.

8. It really really sucks.

That's right, from the newest spooks to good 'ol fashion exorcisms, I do 'em all. Forget sending them that three year old fruitcake and give 'em somethin' really to scream about. As you know, I've been keeping track of the recent events involving kidnapped citizens. Victims endured... Many means of torture while locked up in separate small cells by the organization.

After several days, however, we are beginning to see members of those kidnapped appear back in the city. Some look to suffer from some form of amnesia (not as strong as the one that was going around awhile ago) that prevents them from remembering anything from the events that took place while they were imprisoned. Others (who may or may not remember) physical, mental, and/or emotional damage.

If you see any one of our kidnapped eight, don't hesitate to lend a paw n' help 'em out if needed. Be sure to approach with caution, however. We're not completely sure about everything the organization has done to them.

Speakin' of which, known members of the organization seem to be growing. Another just arrived here a few days ago. Unfortunately another rather 'friendly' one. -They also all have an 'x' in their name for some reason. Am I the only one who noticed that?

Attention Citizens! This is your- ...is this thing on? Eh, testing! Teeeeeeesting! ... Oh, it is. Ah heh, heh, heh...

As I was saying. This is your one and only, absolutely sensational, greatly praised and adored moderator: ME! It's been awhile since I've, ha ha, blessed you all with my presence. Unlike that other Mook, the so called 'Mayor', I've been keeping collecting information on the current cases of missing citizens and other events while he was probably off on a vacation.

You know... I could really go for one of those 'bout now. Spend a day out in the sun, just soakin' it in... This stuff is way tougher then I thought it'd be. -EH! Not that I'm havin' any regrets or anythin'! I'm on top of things, totally know what I'm doin'. I don't need no vacation to stay my best!

*ahem* SO! Let's get back to business, shall we? We still have many missing and kidnapped citizens. You should be keeping an eye out for any of the listed and report any information you might have on the kidnappings or missing cases to me personally.

It's official that the organization is behind these kidnappings. Also be on the watch for them. Do not trust them. Do not speak with them. It's for your own safety. These are the same 'people' who have our eight kidnapped victims locked away and are hurting them. They are best identified for their black coats. Any further information on them will be accepted.

Remember: Be on the look out for suspicious activity. Don't travel alone and spread the word of these disappearances to keep everyone informed.

I apologize about the internal chaos that most of you have faced in your short, or lengthy periods of time here in the grand city of Paixao. I must offer my sincerest apologies for the predicament that we are now all in.

With the initial arrivals of those mysteriously pulled into our city, the government officials committed a grave error by ignoring the problem, presuming that it would solve itself in time. While some who have come have left just as mysteriously, there are many who are still stranded here with little options available.

I must apologize, once again, that no one is able to get in touch with their own homes. However, Paixao's technology has never had a use for such capabilities, and thus interworld communication was not developed. You can have my assurances that this technology's development is being expedited, and hopefully communication to other worlds will soon be possible.

However, please bear with as as this will take some time.

Transportation home has also been an issue of concern for many of our guests, and it has been worked on, but more internally. Within the next few weeks, locations in Paixao will be marked off for further reconstruction of our various transportation facilities. They had been dismantled in the past due to a lack of need for them, but as the need grows, we must reassemble. This will take time as most of the parts necessary will be built from scratch. Again, I apologize profusely.

As much as you are all tired of waiting and want answers, many I do not have, nor have the understanding to offer even a vague explanation, the government has begun work on a housing system, setting aside empty and unused apartments for the use of Paixao's guests until a time where everyone is returned to their specific world.

These apartments will soon be open for application and assignment.

Additionally, Paixao will open its education system to those who are missing valuable time in school due to the circumstances. Those of schooling age will be able to attend our respective primary and secondary schools. I encourage everyone who can to use this to their advantage, as Paixao can learn from you as much as you can learn from us.

In exchange, I emphasize that guests do not leave the walls of Paixao. These walls were not built for decoration, but rather for protection from the Lumens of the outside world, and we cannot claim responsibility for anything that happens outside of the city's walls.

As for the recent reporting of kidnappings, the Paixao police are looking into them. Several areas have been quarantined off for inspection, and more information will become public as we find it.

And as for a final note, please do not panic about the recent waves on amnesia. Our scientists are also looking into that, but as of right now, they are spread quite thin and cannot work to resolve everything as quickly as they would under normal circumstances.
