[Before she starts talking, there are a few tapping sounds... because this is Rapunzel's first time posting to the network and she wants to be sure this thing is ON!]

So I have a question for everyone! You don't have to answer, but I think it'd be more fun if you did.

Do you have a dream? Something you want more than anything else in the world? If so... what is it?

What is this place? It doesn't look like Earth exactly and it's not Galaluna. This is bizarre. I may need to turn on Manus just to be safe.

[fiddles with something but nothing louder happens...a few taps on a glassy surface]

Come on, you piece of junk! Ugh, I need to use Manus right now! Maybe the electronics are jammed.

[wave crashes in the background]

Or maybe I got it wet. Stupid, Lance! I guess I'll have to adapt again. I just hope Ilana and Octus are safe.

It would seem this city, despite the flux of patrons both wild and tame, has become a quagmire of ennui, wherein jaded souls and vindictive wraiths haunt the glimmering boulevards. I've found little solace within the populace. Perhaps there are a few out there who wish to bring cheer to a weary heart?

All right, so far I’ve been looking around Paixao and only have some normal animals that came here. Ordinary creatures I’ve studied before, nothing different or new, unless you count the Lumens and Heartless.

So I’m going to ask a question, and I hope there will be a good answer to this. Are there any creatures here that are mythical or out of the ordinary?

The fog... I wonder what the cause is. Where's it coming from? There's nothing natural at all about it.

At least not where I'm from.

Are there any scientists in this city with experience in the fields of non-invasive neural interface, spatial compression, variable geometry construction, directed energy manipulation, nanotechnology, and compact or theoretical drive systems? Specialists would be preferred.

[a very confused, androgynous voice sounds over the journals]

What the...? How in the worlds did I end up back here?

[sounds of fumbling and a muffled "Hey!" followed by a girlish chuckle]

Pfft, like you lot can really expect me to wait in line. It's so boring! Besides, I've already been here; I'm sure you know me already.

This situation I find most perplexing.
Almost as much as it is vexing.
Many times I have retraced
my memories to attempt to learn how I was placed
in this city, strangely domed,
and nothing like the land I roamed.
And this device I hold within my hand
I’ve only begun to understand.
A way to speak with others I assume,
so my previous subject I resume.
People here, I ask of thee
information—if thou wouldst, ASAP.
What is it that thee know
about this place, this “Paixao?”

Do you know where your Cucumis sativus is at this time of night?

I don't mean to cause alarm but I have very strong reason to believe there may be a cucumber thief on the loose. Over the last three weeks I have come home to find any cucumbers I had left out on the counter to of mysteriously vanished during my absents. Even more alarming, the thief has gone so far as to have stolen them from my kitchen while I was present in my home at the time. How atrocious! If you say it loud enough you'll always sound precocious. Supercalifragilist- Ach, no! The musical number isn't yet. Think of the cukes! Those sweet, innocent, little cukes... They didn't even a chance! HOW GREATLY I MISS THEIR PLEASANT CRUNCH!

Which reminds me! What little traces I have found of the thief's presence, aside from my missing cucumbers, were my beautiful cucumbers chewed remains. A curious, almost transparent substance, coated them which I have only begun to analyze but I felt others are to be advised not to leave their cucumbers out in the open in risk of them vanishing.

He’s climbin' in your windows, he’s snatchin' your cucumbers up! Tryna eat em so y’all need to hide your cukes, hide your pickles. Hide your cukes, hide your pickles. Hide your cukes, hide your pickles. And hide your gourds, cuz they’re eatin' everythan out here!

I have yet to address the city as a whole since my election to the position of mayor, and for that, I do apologize. But at last I have selected my staff who, over the next few days, will be aiding myself in rejuvenating Paixao. We have already begun the simpler stages of this process; now, we are to act, and the fruits of efforts will soon be on display for all.

I take the time now to address any pressing matters that any of our foreigners may currently have.

Mayor Marcus Praetoris
Realized I haven't used this in awhile, not that I've really had much reason to use it, but still been rather some time since I made some kind of 'post'.

Right! So... Hello! Lot of new faces around here, I see! Becoming more and more like Disneyland...

Moving on... Point of me posting this! I'm curious about something that perhaps some of you might be able to assist me with. How many of you have met the fellow that goes by 'the Master'? Any of you? I'd like to have a word with you, if you have, if you could spare me a moment of your time.
