Pardon us, Mr. Shin-Ra, there are many things about this specific place that seem to be unexplainable. I can confirm that myself and Lorelei are both Turks, however I can also understand why in your mind we may not be. I would suggest a face to face, but if you have your own reservations I'm sure those can be taken into account.

Ah, things seem to be a little weird here in this Paixao place. Apparently Sabra, Lorelei, and Rafael are here, and ... uh. Me and Tseng think they're from a past timeline, yo. Something like that. Actually we know they are, but it's not wise to talk about it here.

I grew up with Sabra and Rafael, and knew Lorelei quite well, yo. I can vouche when I say that they were Turks, Bossman. If you're in the same area, I think you should probably go hang out with them. Me and Tseng are gettin' on the train and going to get Raffy, yo. We'll find you guys afterwards.

There's a chance, with how weird this is working out, that uh... Kadaj and his gang might be here, yo. Keep an eye out for them, and don't tell the others much. Just tell'em that they're dangerous, yo.
