Haven't figured that out yet, yo. Maybe he wasn't doin' a good job - there's this little ... rat ... thing that claims to be the 'mayor-to-be' but he don't seem to have any idea about what the job entails. Wouldn't trust him, yo.

Not in person. Seen what might'a been one on the journals, but ain't real positive on it yet.

Let's hope it stays that way. We have no use for his kind here. Should have been dead? I know of Sephiroth. Who else?

Soon as I can get there - I ain't had much chance to test out the public transit systems yet, so I ain't got an idea of how long it's gonna take.
