They say that the Organization are the folks in charrrge. Business of City Hall's been prrretty quiet lately, which is troublesome, let me tell you. I'd prrefer those folks keepin' their business where I can see it! [she scoffs] But mayoral stuff is moving forward with or without contrrol of City Hall. That's Paixao for ya, I guess.
