Hello, fellow peeps and cronies! Your moderator has returned. -well, not to say I ever left. Trust me, I ain't goin' anywhere. I just haven't posted anything in awhile. It's been a little difficult. You know how some parties can get a little out a hand. Or should I say festivals? ~~I knew it was a bad idea...~~ Here's my thanks to 'The Mayor' for that catastrophe.

In other news, many visitors and citizens have recently fallen ill. As reported earlier by 'The Mayor', it seems to affect everyone in different ways. It's suspected that the source of this illness was caused by contamination in the water supply. Who's responsible for contaminating it is still unknown, though I personally have a pretty good idea who is to blame...

There is currently no known way to reverse the effects of this unknown illness, but I would suggest a visit to one of the cities clinics or hospitals anyway. There may be something they can do for you.

At the moment, there are five known visitors to be suffering from this illness. Another case has recently appeared, forcing me to hope to raise more awareness to avoid more from catching it. Anyone known to suffering from unusual symptoms, any unusual symptoms, is asked to report to the clinic before contacting me. As much information as I'd like to collect as soon as possible, your health should come first.

Also as mentioned, as a precaution, water that hasn't been bottled, boiled, or purified should be avoided.

And, as usual, to end I'm giving the usual warning to avoid members of the organization (commonly known for their matching black coats). They are extremely dangerous. For your own safety, do not associate with them. New information on them will always be accepted at any time.

Remember: Be on the look out for suspicious activity and don't travel alone. There's safety in numbers and all that.

I had a feeling the water might be clean by now, but the recent mention of the water's effect on someone has me thinking otherwise. If more people turn up suffering from the illness from drinking the water recently, this will prove the problem has not been fixed and that more notice should be given.

And, well, someones gotta get to the bottom of all this. N' lets face it, it ain't gunna be you n' your useless police force. They must be blind or somethin'. I haven't seen them do a single thing since you brought 'em up, even after the amount of attacks that have occurred. Men in uniform, hmpf, that's all they are; in uniform. You can dress 'em up as well as you want, it ain't gunna make a difference. They don't care, and if they do, they sure ain't done much to show otherwise.

Don't worry 'bout a thing, I'll be continuing my own reporting and investigating. The information I've collected so far is more than enough to cost you your position.

You be careful yourself, 'Mayor'. It'd be real unfortunate if somethin' were to happen to you, someone everyone really relies on.

Which information is that? I've mentioned a lot.

Anything and everything. Your directions to the message board were quite useful, but a little too vague for my liking--though why that is I believe I understand.

I can't tell you everything. You'll have to narrow it down a bit, what you want to know most.

And on another note, you haven't really given me any reason to trust you either.

Ha! You really are showing yourself to be quite competent! Hmhmhm... Unfortunately, you will have to come up with your own reason to trust moi.

For now? I suppose I will settle with more information regarding those experiments.

Well, as I'm sure you know, the experiments were The Organizations doing. To start, they kidnapped eight visitors at random. At least seven at random, anyway. One I'm sure was specially selected because of the way they acted toward a certain organization member.

They were all locked up in separate cells in a room together. No doors, no windows. I have no information on where this place is. I'm thinking underground, but who knows. There could be a building around here without any windows I missed.

The Organization tortured the eight both mentally and physically. When victims were returned to their cell they looked in worse condition each time. They put things in their bodies, 'darkness' I think it's called as well as other things.

Eventually The Organization let everyone they kidnapped go. I've seen and heard from a few of them. Some of them seem... Different. I think it's all a test still. But I don't know exactly what for.

Putting... darkness...? That doesn't make much sense...

I must admit, this is rather disturbing. And no investigation has been done on this? I would think that the matter would be sought after immediately. If this is the sort of inactivity you spoke of before, I think I'm beginning to understand your opinions on the mayor.

I don't get it much either. 'Darkness' and 'Light', they gotta be names they made up for the stuff they put into everyones bodies.

An investigation was mentioned by the mayor, but only after I started my own. He hasn't shared any information, I doubt he even has any. He's claims to have upped security and all that, but it hasn't done squat.

The Organization struck at the festival not to long ago. People were badly hurt, but he hasn't even mentioned that. The police he goes on about were supposed to be there, but they did nothing.

That makes sense.

And the guards didn't do a thing, either?! Disgraceful! Absolutely disgraceful! I have to wonder how this place even manages to function!

Mmm hmm... Anything else?

This organization... Exactly how powerful are they?

You wouldn't stand a chance. If you wanted to take them down, you'd have to go by one member at a time. And even then, it'd be difficult. Even the strongest guy I know couldn't beat one of them, and believe me, they're strength is unbelievable.

Hm... Any ideas as to what they hope to accomplish?

I do have a few idea's but... They're pretty crazy.

Ah, but all ideas, crazy or no, are important when one wishes to gain information! I am interested to hear they are.

Is wanting to know these theories so terrible a thing? I am nothing more than a curious soul.
