Okay, so this thing is like a PDA then, is it? It's not so bad once you get used to it...but still weird because I don't normally talk to people I don't know. Or post, I suppose I'm posting, aren't I? Sorry, I'm new here and this is all a little much. I'm not usually asked to post things.

Anyway, I'm Rory. I imagine you must get this a lot but I'm looking for someone. Someones, maybe. One would be a woman with gorgeous red hair and answers to the name Amy. She's my wife, by the way, so please don't try anything. Second, a man with a bow tie and goes by...just The Doctor. I know they tend to run off but I don't think they'd ever pitch me out of the TARDIS and then disappear.

So, yeah, if you could give me a start on that I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

What? Uhm, yeah I suppose. Things got...complicated awhile back but I think it's sorted out now. Well, as much as you can sort something like that out.

Oh, you get used to it. Sometimes I think one of us should write an owner's manual an' leave it in the TARDIS for the next person he picks up.

I take it he hasn't explained regeneration to you yet?

That...would actually be a great idea. Although are you really sure we could fit all of that in a manual?

[Regeneration...oh, right, the thing that DIDN'T happen with the astronaut] Not exactly, someone else mentioned it but no he's never explained it.

Probably not, and we'd have to tweak it per Doctor... Still, we could put in the most important bits, things that he doesn't think to tell us.

Uhm, probably best to discuss that in person or something. I mean if he's SO particular about who hears about it anyway.

Doctor: if you're so set against this, the two of you can scold me in stereo later. I'm not gonna change my mind about telling him.

[long pause; he knows how Rose can get]

Fine. But tell him in private. I don't want anyone overhearing and trying to... enforce it. [he's not going to push his luck in a place like this]

Maybe you can help me figure out what I can and can't tell them because I'm getting the distinct impression that I'm further in their futures than I would care to be.

Well, that didn't take long to get out.

I suppose it would be best it not become public knowledge... [Your Doctor doesn't sound half as worried about it. Honestly, the Master is only person he's worried about, and the Master knows all too well about all this.]

He clearly knows--will know me, so I don't see why not to tell him.

I'm sorry... [somehow, it's easier to be contrite with his familiar face/voice] I didn't mean to blurt it out like that, but I really do think he should know.

I'll find some place quiet to tell him. Should I take him to the TARDIS, or is that too risky, do you think?

Well, it would be one of the safest places, but would have to make sure you weren't followed. [Yeah, he's worrying about the Master more. >.>;] ...though I think it's time to move the TARDIS, anyways.
