Hello citizens of Paixao and those in between worlds. I am Marcus Praetoris, and I have decided, rather last minute, to submit my name for the upcoming elections. I came to this decision when I sat outside my home and took a look at those moving through the streets. I found that I was troubled by how our city has grown and changed so extraordinary as time has gone on, and we have shifted far from our customs because of our lack of leadership.

This is wrong.

With this election, I believe that it’s time we return to the traditions that we know to be true in our hearts. Please, my citizens, stand by me so that we may reclaim our city and nourish it back to its proper standing.

My people, my city, had at one time been proud, been strong. But outside influence had begun to slowly weaken us more and more. Oturo had aimed for unity. A merge between the many new influences. There are attacks - significant damages to our home - nearly monthly. It has been long since we have seen true peace.

I wish to reclaim what is lost.

Cea de Mouraria has been damaged on numerous occasions - and now lays in ruin. At the same location, the wills of many of our people were twisted and broken. It was pure treachery.

A playground - where our children should be able to feel safe - burnt to the ground.

The blackout caused by that "Mistress of Evil"...

And let us not forget the dark creatures continuously plague throughout, as well as strange, long-limbed white ones.
