By order of General Chere, any and all of the Empire's soldiers present with the city are to respond to this post immediately, after which they are to await further instruction from myself. They are not to antagonize or injure the citizens, visitors, or wildlife in this city. They are not, in any way, to damage city property. Violators of these orders will be dealt with accordingly. Heed my orders and all shall be made clear in time.

Citizens and visitors of Paixao, if any soldier of the Empire should violator my orders, you are welcome to report the incident to me.

My sincerest apologies to General Sephiroth for my earlier...disappearance. A day has passed and I have only just returned to the city. I would appreciate it if you would contact me at your earliest convenience.

Given the circumstances, it's immaterial. If this is not Ivalice, then it's the "how" of our being here at all that interests me, unless anyone has come voluntarily.

I don't think too many people have. I know I'd much rather be back in Ivalice's skies. And I suppose the "how" can simply be tossed aside for now, as I find myself wondering as to the "why." This all could be random, but how often is that the case?
