I am aware that while I was on a short trip, my secretary has used my journal, but still was unsuccessful in preventing the outburst of a post such as this. Please, feel free to read such a post, on contrary to what my secretary has written. However I would like to note with what kind of ignorance and desperate individuals those who do take the post must be. Certainly, I myself would not want a mayor who wishes for a pampering and knows little about the works of the city-- much less acquainted with the security around here, may I add.

I will not tolerate individuals barging in and out of Paixao, claiming to be the new mayor. Things are as chaotic as they are with recent events and it would be best for everyone if such outbursts did not occur in the future.

Although I did not wish to mention it anytime soon, there are many people that have been disappearing-- now more than ever. Such information is obtainable but it will not be disclosed to the public, so, will not be written up in the journal boards.

I currently have no military rank. I am sure though, that the high-ups in the military will be interested in such. I have heard information about you from the watch over the Turks a while back as well as direct one from some others... You have caused quite a rattle in the office when you planned on using materia. If you plan on no longer continuing that plan, I'm sure we could arrange a meeting.

They supposedly are but the results I doubt we will see for a while.

The difference between the case of every other foreigner in Paixao who has spoke to me and Mr. Sephiroth is that Mr. Sephiroth is willing to cooperate with the needs of the natives, and has the strength to provide that help.

I haven't made any major lie outside the fact that I knew individuals were disappearing. But that fact people have strung together even without my confirmination-- it was just a matter of backing it up. However, even in that scenario, why they are, I still will not disclose to public.

Perhaps you'd like to elaborate on what you mean by 'this' to prevent me a slip of tongue again. As I've been elaborating almost everything in this thread, I'm sure you could do me as much.

Having come from a background where information was openly withheld from those of lower positions in the organizational structure, I can appreciate the need for secrecy in matters such as this. Security clearance was usually required for anything more important than the normal operations of the company.

Having been at a high level of clearance within that company, being one of only three who could access my own file (four now, I guess, since young Shinra apparently inheritted his father's clearance), I can also appreciate that there are things much more important happening 'behind the scenes' as it were.

Perhaps we should meet, as I had planned to do with Pres. Shinra? If not in person, then through emissaries, though I admit myself lacking in those.

Unlike General Sssephiroth, I am not usssed to any form of government. The only reassson people would lie would be to protect a meal, or their livesss and that of their familiesss. Asss sssuch, the feeling of being trapped with a liar isss very disssconcsserting. And while I doubt that you'd find many of usss to be tassstey, your' sssounding like a predator.

The details of why you are here, my higher ups have not told me in detail and even if they did, I wouldn't be able to tell anyone anyway. I believe some of you even arrived on accident. How you can leave? I have left some hints before-- I can tell you no more than what I already have as of yet.
