I am aware that while I was on a short trip, my secretary has used my journal, but still was unsuccessful in preventing the outburst of a post such as this. Please, feel free to read such a post, on contrary to what my secretary has written. However I would like to note with what kind of ignorance and desperate individuals those who do take the post must be. Certainly, I myself would not want a mayor who wishes for a pampering and knows little about the works of the city-- much less acquainted with the security around here, may I add.

I will not tolerate individuals barging in and out of Paixao, claiming to be the new mayor. Things are as chaotic as they are with recent events and it would be best for everyone if such outbursts did not occur in the future.

Firssst: Timon hasss never claimed to be the new mayor and mossst cssertainly will not be replacing anyonesss posssition. There'sss no need for you to feel threatend by usss foriegnersss taking care of ourselves.

Sssecond: It doesssn't appear that you really know a lot about Paixssao either, given the vaguenessss of your' anssswersss to our many quessstionsss. In addition, he ssseemsss to have been hee for a while and knowsss about as much as anyone.

Third: I'm not to worried about hisss demandsss for pampering, they'll never work out.

Fourth: Wasss that really your' sssecretary making that possst? I cannot understand how they could make the missstake of believing that Timon'sss "possssssition" isss in any way a threat to your' local power ssstructure. If anything you ssshould want sssomeone in hisss posssition to placate new arrivalsss to your' fassscinating cssity. Threatened would be an overstatement. However I am concerned with some individuals causing more chaos in Paixao. It is good enough that many have came through the gates in such a manner...

Most of the information that is sought after is not information for the public. Many of the citizens do not know the 'classified information' per say. Classified information is to remain classified information unless I see the situation fit for it. If he knows as much as anyone else, that is even more of a reason for other not to follow him.

Many people are paranoid... and I do not blame them.
I do not mind questions and I assure you, and other foreigners, there is not need for panic. If I leaked out more information, I am sure that that would cause just that. A recent post? Oh please, jog my memory.

The possst I am reffering to wasss the first one you made, anouncing that you are the mayor of Paixssao. Later, in your anouncement of Paixssao'sss Police Department, you exsspressssed sssome exssassssperation with the repetitive resssponsssesss of the foreignersss. Timon would be doing you, your' secretary, and all the foriegnersss of Paixssao a favour.

You may keep your classsssified infromation. Asss a rule it will mossst likley not be of any interessst to the public unlesssss it involvesss a way for usss to go home. Not that your' cssity isss not a wonderful placsse, but you mussst underssstand the ssstesss that many of usss are under.

Oh, and Timon ssseemsss to have a greater tolerance for our quessstionsss than you. Thisss isss merely a ssstatement of fact and isss not meant to be derogitory in any way.

A good memory? Why, far from it. Instead, I would question your ability to communicate with other-- your English is occassionally difficult to understand and follow.

Perhaps he would be doing the foreigners a favor, but I would not like to think he would be doing me a favor. Oh, and as soon as he figures out how to get out of Paixao, be sure to notify me.

The classified information has been sought after by several foreigners. So you may speak for yourself but for other, I wish you would refrain from doing. And I am aware of the stress many of your are under-- seeing how many of you broke into outcries during my absense, yourself included.

Perhaps we each learned a different meaning for tolerence. I have answered every single question in my original post for anything related to Paixao as best I could-- that, I believe, would take a great tolerence in itself. I even answered Timon's questions.

Oh please. Your city is full of people from dozens of worlds all trapped here for reasons none of us have received a decent explanation for. If you were a decent sort of person, you'd be trying your best to help us get home, not ignoring all questions about this place. The fact that you're not suggests to me that we're some sort of prisoners here and you have some kind of awful plans for us, in which case, by all rights, we all should take over the place and toss you out on your ass.

I suppose you could be as clueless as we are, but that would be simple to admit to, and since you haven't, I can only assume that you have information we could use that you're not willing to give up. Either that or you're just full of yourself or a total idiot. I don't expect you to admit to either, of course.

The third explanation I can think of would be that you have information, but that you're not really the one in charge, and you're not allowed to tell us anything... In that case, it's pointless for us to even listen to you, so you're pretty much just a waste of our time.

In fact, I think you're probably a waste of time no matter what the situation is. But don't worry. I won't go around shooting your people or starting a massive uprising to overthrow you. At least, not unless I find some sort of definitive proof that you're holding us here against our will.

Since you seem to be a personage of some import in this city, I feel the need to ask you a few questions.

First, a companion of mine has disappeared. Do you have any information relevant to this and the other similar cases which seem to have occured?

Second, what is your military rank and, if you have none, do you require a trained commander? I think you will find my qualifications more than adequate.

Third, I've seen mention of a police force. Are these people equipped to deal with suspects of the caliber some of the more recent additions to the city's population seem to be?

I just so happened to experience the same thing. Twice! ... Three times, actually. One... Two... Yeah, three. A lot of people have disappeared. Where they went: home? Just got lost? Kidnapped? Died? We don't know.

Your second question: They don't have 'military' here. Unless you mean what my rank was. I guess it'd be 'scout' in that case. Havin' a trained commander around though might not be such a bad idea. You never know when one might just come in handy. I'll keep your offer in mind and get back to yeah on that.

As for this police force, I haven't seen 'em yet, but I'm almost positive they aren't all they're made out to be. Laharl could probably take them down faster than the crack of a beetle's shell.

For starters, I would prefer that you use my full and proper name. Sephiroth. I do not know you well enough for anything else to be proper.

Secondly, as you are currently not in any position of real power and as such have no access to the information I require (which, although he denies it, I believe the mayor does), your views on the situation, while interesting, are irrelevant.

And your 'friend' Laharl is rather uniquely qualified, from what I have seen, though I reserve the right to my own opinion as to any individual's effectiveness in battle until I have seen them fight. My appologies to you if you read this, Laharl, but I hold the same standards for everyone.

Although I did not wish to mention it anytime soon, there are many people that have been disappearing-- now more than ever. Such information is obtainable but it will not be disclosed to the public, so, will not be written up in the journal boards.

I currently have no military rank. I am sure though, that the high-ups in the military will be interested in such. I have heard information about you from the watch over the Turks a while back as well as direct one from some others... You have caused quite a rattle in the office when you planned on using materia. If you plan on no longer continuing that plan, I'm sure we could arrange a meeting.

They supposedly are but the results I doubt we will see for a while.
