Now, is there any real reason to attempt to hold us to ransom? It's not as if you are a particular enemy of ours at the present time.

If you tell me why you would wish to deal with Kadaj alone, perhaps negotiation would be simpler.

I don't have the time nor the energy to deal with promises or one person owing another in a way that is at a counterpoint to my orders.

Either tell him, or do not tell him. It's your choice. Bear in mind, though, that informing him of his future may be dangerous for this entire place, not just the President.
