I don't have the time nor the energy to deal with promises or one person owing another in a way that is at a counterpoint to my orders.

Either tell him, or do not tell him. It's your choice. Bear in mind, though, that informing him of his future may be dangerous for this entire place, not just the President.

While I believe as Tseng in that we may be better at dealing with Kadaj, I find myself interested as to why you want to see to him. I can't quite convince myself that you'd do it out of the goodness of your heart.
