What are you trying to get at?

No, there has to be some other explanation. I refuse to believe Mother favors you and cured you because of it. There has to be something else...

I must advise against the idea of a meeting in its entirety, sir. With all due respect, the thought is somewhat more than foolish.

He'll have his meeting whether I allow it or not, Tseng. Better that it comes under circumstances and conditions that we can control.

What he wants is to see the fact that you're cured. Once he's seen it, he's got no reason to let any of us live. You just agreeing to see him gives that up automatically - better to retreat, I would strongly suggest.

I refuse to send you or Reno to see him. Had it entered his small mind to do so earlier, he could have destroyed all four of you, and I will not allow that to happen. Shin-Ra has invested for too much time and money in you four.

That intelligence and pragmatism insists that I state - for you to arrange to see a man you are aware could kill you in an instant is nothing but illogical and foolhardy.

Better to send us, who have at least been fully trained with the aforesaid time and money.

Mmm. Perhaps you have a point, Tseng. I do lack the bargining chip of Jenova here that we had back home. A change in tactics may be called for here. Let him think this meeting will take place and continue putting him off.

That, of course, would require us to either remain on the move or find a suitable location and fortify it. Which do you think would be best?
