My friends and I had a rather nasty run in with these cloaked fellows and their mindless minions, and the result left several of our party kidnapped and a fellow colleague with the loss of his memory. While I am currently tracking him down, I have every intention of rallying against these people who call themselves "Organization XIII." While my methods are a bit unorthodox, I do believe I Can be of assistance.

I have met a man in a cloak as well. His eyes were an unnatural shade of orange, as if they seemed to glow... I do not believe any others have seen him.
