There are many possibilities.
One could be you are looking for another who goes by 'Kira' with the same powers. A 'second Kira,' if you will.
However, I doubt that Kira will make contact here. The risk of unwanted attention is very high communicating through this method. There is always the possibility of being traced.

Well... I'm not sure about the "foreigners,"and by that I mean people like us, but all of the blond-haired and blue-eyed people around here seem dead. Or at least, drone-like. Something about them isn't right.
