Missing Persons

In the process of tracking down a young man going by the name Haine Rammsteiner, and a girl going simply by the name Nill. Any information regarding their whereabouts and what they have been doing while here is extremely appreciated.

They're both quite easy to spot. Haine has white hair and red eyes, dresses as if he is a punk teenager, and has an unfathomably gloomy disposition. Nill has long blonde hair, small white wings on her back, and is mute. I believe she wears a specific style of dress, but I can't recall the name of it. If the information I receive is good enough, I'm sure we can work out some kind of compensation for all the trouble.

Rammsteiner, if you're reading this, I really do want to see you again. In fact, we should have coffee sometime. I'd like to get a chance to thoroughly pick your mind.
