[when Marluxia speaks, his voice sounds a little more emotionless than usual, as though he's trying to keep what memory of unease he has from leaking through. This information troubles him greatly--enough, obviously, to eschew his typical cloak of anonymity] While taking a look through documents in my possession, I've come across something... curious. Secrets are being kept from us all, it seems--more than we could have possibly imagined.

As there are more than a few of you who are unlikely to take me at my word, allow me to provide you with an image of the document itself. There are pieces missing, but I assume you can understand the gist of it, as well as the insight into our dilemma it provides.

It is not the reason I was aware of. From what I know, people were brought here to explore the heart--its behaviors and its reaction to darkness, light, and stress. This, I have little idea what to make of.

No, it wasn't. The Organization's aim--the majority of the Organization's aim--was to regain the hearts they had lost. Understanding the heart was a means to an end.

Re--regain their hearts? I don't understand. Why would they capture innocent people for this?! [What is immoral reasoning? Mr. Courage doesn't get it.]

If I'm understanding this note right, than someone is seeking power and could be destroying our homes to obtain it!

Their hearts were taken, leaving their bodies empty shells guided by memories. Nobodies can feel nothing--neither sadness nor joy nor remorse. Ideas of innocence or guilt mean nothing. All is a means to an end, in this case the rectification of that state.

...With the exception of the Organization's leader, it seems.

...They can't feel? That's horrible. But-- but that doesn't excuse their actions. None of this is right.

Do you mean, then, that the Organization's leader is the one who wrote this note?

I do. It was from him that this document and others like it were taken.
