[The angry voice cuts out to static for a while. It sounds like someone's having trouble with this newfangled technology. If you keep listening, the voice comes back.]

What other functions does this journal have, for one. Also, I'd like to get in touch with the Mayor of the city. Do you have any information on that?

As to the mayor, good luck. He tends to completely ignore any and all requests for an audience. Rather a standoffish fellow, that one.
