[Well, that sounds familiar.] I, um, think I heard about that floor from someone... [Riku. Hei wonders if he and Mao got out of there safely.] I heard that for humans to enter, their forms change into animals that are relatively native to those lands.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to check.
