Why wouldn't I?

This place, as dull as it is...it's missing something: you. You're here, but you were never their savior, their last lifeline, their constant redeemer and advocate and hero. They don't worship the ground you walk on like the pathetic Earthlings.

And if you weren't here, maybe they won't think me as such a bad guy, right?
