THIS ORGANIZATION SEEMS TO BE HATED WITHIN THE CITY. IF SUCH IS THE CASE, I AM CURIOUS AS TO HOW THEY MANAGED TO COME INTO POWER.

THEY CANNOT BE HUMAN. THEY HAVE NO NAMES OR LIFESPANS.
