Well, I hardly think dad would ever pitch anyone out of the TARDIS. Well, I'm pretty sure anyway. Maybe under the right circumstances, he might pitch certain people out, but if you're supposed to be traveling with him, I highly doubt he would. Doesn't sound like something he would do.
